I liked the comfortable bed, clen bathroom, and in room coffee.
There was water leaking from the overhead light fixture.
Overall a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The recent remodeling looks great.

The beds were very comfortable.
No continental breakfast, and the main lights did not work.
Only stayed one night so for that is was fine. We were very comfortable.

The location of the hotel and the convenience of a nearby diner.
The hotel was under renovations; no restaurant, no lobby bathrooms, ice machines were not working on all floors, hot tub was not working.
I've stayed at this hotel in the past, which is why I wanted to stay here with my male companion. However, the renovations were somewhat annoying and it certainly was not as accommodating as I remembered. I believe our room was already renovated, but the bathroom door was sticky and seemed homemade. For this area of York, this is the nicest hotel but this was not evident this time. ...read more
